("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada, governing your access to and use of MyJobTracker.io and related services (collectively, the "Service"). MyJobTracker.io is a job application tracking platform that allows users to organize and monitor their job search activities. The Service enables users to add companies, track job applications, store job descriptions, and monitor application statuses.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including company information, job descriptions, and notes. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bit Mentors Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada and foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BIT MENTORS INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bit Mentors Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as specified in Section 13.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bit Mentors Inc. regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
